7-5-2017 Meals
Breakfast
*Coffee with almond milk
*Berries with cocnut cream
*Two eggs poached
*One piece of sprouted grain bread
* Fresh tomatoes and basil
Lunch
* two corn shell, soy Chorizo tacos with guacamole and a side salad with lime vinaigrette dressing
* 16 oz Modelo beer
Snacks
* handful of green beans
* 1/3 cup watermelon
* 18 pretzel sticks
Dinner
* 1 head of fresh broccoli
* 1 jar of sun-dried tomatoes
* 1 clove of garlic
*1/4 chopped onion
* one can of black beans
* fresh tomatoes ( 7 cherry)
* one TBS of coconut oil
* 1/2 cup of left over pasta salad
* 1 cup frozen mixed veggies
Serves four adults
I started out by putting the entire jar of sun-dried tomatoes in the pan with the garlic. Once the tomatoes softened I added the broccoli until they were tender. Finished by adding the rest of the other ingredients and bringing it all to the correct temperature. Super fast, easy and nutrient rich.
