7-7-17 Meals

Breakfast

*two eggs over easy on top of a sprouted whole grain bread, dry

*fresh tomatoes and herb mix greens

* Frank's Red Hot sauce for flavor at the end

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lunch

*two corn tortillas with greens,  one piece of Tofurky  and  avocado salsa.

* Persian cucumbers, and fresh green beans

*eight bing cherries

*2tbs Dijon mustard

*1tbs mayo

 

 

 

 

 

 

Snacks

* half a cup of cashew yogurt

*six crackers

*one oreo

*protein shake ate this after dinner to avoid having more Chinese and or snacks.

 

 

Normally on a Friday night I go with my sister and Jimmie to Screaming Tuna for sushi. Due to the bachelorette  weekend coming up I had to skip it to pack.

 

Dinner

* we ordered Chinese food and I had the broccoli and tofu

* 1/3 cup of white rice and soy sauce
