Breakfast in a Jar

I have a new quick hit!! To make my morning speedy I tried doing overnight oats.  It is the easiest thing ever to make! I simply combine in a 16oz jar :

1/2 cup muesli seven Sundays oats 

1/3 sprouted quick oats 

4oz of almond milk

I leave it in the fridge over night and in the morning I add fresh blueberries and a tbs of almond butter. This meal is high in nutrition and low in sugar!
