Salad for dessert!

Howdy and happy hump day! I have another quick hit!!! To finish off my lunch today I was craving something sweet! To curb my desire for chocolate I decided a dessert salad would be a healthier option. As a base I used arugula and baby greens. Then I topped the greens with: blueberries, coconut flakes, kiwi 🥝 sugar snap peas and lemon vinaigrette! Delicious and nutritious while satisfying my desire for a sweet treat! Happy munching!
