Power Breakfast


One of my most important meals is breakfast! When I eat my power breakfast I feel full longer and energized! I've tried various breakfasts and this one works best for my body. Others leave me empty in an hour or two. This meal satiates me for most of the morning. It's packed with protein, carbs and fat. The meal contains about 430 calories. It's important you figure out what fills and fuels you best. So for my breakfast of choice, It's simple: two pieces toast, almond butter, two eggs and hot sauce. Think Pad Thai flavor! I get weird looks for the combination but I assure you it is a winner in my book!! Happy Thursday! Love April
